We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources Department and oversee key administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing talent acquisition, overseeing employee relations, and handling office administration and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy workplace culture.
Design and implement performance management systems and annual appraisal processes.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Manage training and development programs to build employee capabilities.
Maintain and update HR records, HRMS, and payroll systems.
Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
Coordinate with finance and other departments on HR-related budget planning.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Supervise general administration activities such as office maintenance, security, supplies, and vendor management.
Oversee facility management, repairs, and improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
Manage company assets, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
Liaise with government bodies, consultants, and external stakeholders for administrative matters.
Support IT coordination, infrastructure needs, and office resource planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
6–10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience handling both HR and administrative responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS platforms.
