We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Shree Ji Ceramics Traders to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16500 - ₹26500 and growth opportunities.

There should be 10 candidates under you at all times, on whom you have to work, you have to make the team

You will have to work on 175 orders per month which will be told to you during training

You will be given a laptop by the company after seeing the work

Key Responsibilities:
