Key responsibilities
Strategic planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy and support company goals.
Talent management:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention efforts.
Compensation and benefits:
• Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Employee relations:
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and mediating conflicts.
Legal compliance:
• Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
HR operations:
• Manage daily HR operations, including payroll, HRIS implementation, and policy development and enforcement.
Performance and reporting:
• Oversee the performance appraisal system and use HR metrics to track key data and report to senior management.
Leadership and development:
Supervise and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the department and the company as a whole.
Key requirements
• Experience as an HR executive or manager.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people-oriented skills.
• Expertise in HR metrics, systems, and databases.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with a variety of HR functions, such as talent management, compensation, and benefits.
