We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations along with recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to drive people-related processes smoothly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Create job descriptions, post openings, and manage hiring pipelines.
Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, inductions, and HRIS updates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.).
Support payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, variable components).
Handle exit formalities including F&F, exit interviews, and relieving letters.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
Address employee queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive work environment.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
4. Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in audits, compliance documentation, and HR policy updates.
5. HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly HR MIS reports and dashboards.
Track manpower planning, recruitment status, and HR metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–4+ years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage tasks independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS.
