We are looking for an HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, people management skills, and the ability to build a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment & staffing
Oversee onboarding & documentation
Maintain HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination)
Handle employee engagement & grievance management
Implement performance appraisal processes
Ensure HR policies & statutory compliance
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
3+ years of HR experience
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
