We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Business to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
01) Administrative HR & Operations: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, on boarding/off boarding, HR documentation.
02) People Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, understanding their needs and providing HR guidance to resolve day-to-day HR issues effectively.
03) HR Processes: Updating organizational charts and working on preparing and revising job descriptions, Creating HR process charts, and policy implementation.
04) Performance Management: Co-ordinate with line managers on employee productivity and performance.
05) Talent & Development Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to communicate new hiring requirements (including candidate profiles, demographics, location, and language needs).
06) Induction and On boarding: Deliver induction presentations, conduct new joiner orientations and coordinate with central teams on training for field staff.
07) Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including new staff check-ins, supporting employee surveys and analysis for actionable insights, and assisting with awards, celebrations, and reward & recognition programs. 08) HR Technology: Support the utilization of HR technology platforms and assist in basic HR analytics to derive insights.
09) HR Analytics: Proficient in Excel (basic and advanced) for data management and reporting, ensuring real-time data availability and monthly analytics for areas like attrition.
10) Presentations & Communication: Develop clear and impactful presentations for various HR initiatives and communication efforts.
11) HR Project Support: Assist the Head HR in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience, demonstrating a detail-oriented and process-oriented approach.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
01) Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
02) Experience: 1 to 2 years in HR Business Partner or HR domain.
03) HR Acumen: Strong understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
04) Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred
05) Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HR technology systems, HR analytics, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
06) Ability to speak local languages, primarily Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
07) Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
08) Highly detail-oriented and process-oriented.
09) Ability to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders.
