Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.)

• Payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)

• Performance management and appraisal process

• Drafting HR policies and employee handbook

• Grievance handling and disciplinary actions

• Organize training and development sessions

• Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture

Administration

• Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships

• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

• Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and security

• Supervise support staff and manage asset inventory

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety regulations

• Assist management with documentation, reports, and scheduling

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in a corporate or franchise environment

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of HR software (e.g., Zoho HR, Keka, or similar)
