Key Responsibilities:
Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
Handle the HR Functions for the Plant management.
Maintain accurate employee’s record, prepare HR reports and ensure all records are updated.
Work closely with management to drive organizational goals and improve efficiency.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Male candidate preferred.
7-10 years of experience in HR and HR Payroll
Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
