### Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Organize training and development programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

### Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role (1+ years preferred).
Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and employment/labor laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA or HR certification is a plus).
