Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations
Assist in monthly payroll processing activities, including data collection, validation, and preparation of payroll inputs.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements, and other payroll-related data. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation data.
HRMS Migration Support
Assist in migrating HR and payroll data from one HRMS platform to another.
Work closely with HRMS/technical teams on data mapping, formatting, and validation.
Perform data quality checks, reconcile data between systems, and ensure error-free migration.
Learn and understand HRMS functionalities, workflows, and reporting modules.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare regular HR MIS reports such as headcount, payroll reports, attendance dashboards, and attrition data.
Support ad-hoc reporting requirements from HR and management.
Work effectively with Excel, HRMS dashboards, and reporting tools for data analysis and presentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory components (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) Strong analytical abilities with good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
Ability to adapt quickly to HRMS platforms and software tools.
Keen attention to detail and a strong problem-solving attitude.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
