Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill internal hiring requirements.
Support training and development activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR MIS reports.
Address employee grievances and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirement:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm).
Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
