We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR & Admin functions and support business growth.
- HR Operations, Employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations of the office.
-Coordinate with Clients and Sales team for documentation
-Assist in lead follow ups and Client communication
-Maintain sales records and reports
-Basic Admin work as deployed by Company.
- PG/Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR & Admin experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Payroll and compliance practices.
