Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records (personal files, contracts, ID cards, etc.).
Track attendance, leaves, and maintain timesheets for payroll processing.
Manage employee induction, training coordination, and performance tracking.
Address staff grievances and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
Coordinate with external agencies for staffing needs when required.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, grooming standards, and hygiene.
