Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Help with screening resumes and shortlisting suitable profiles

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Support in maintaining HR records, reports, and databases

• Learn and assist in end-to-end recruitment activities

• Participate in training sessions on professional HR behavior, communication, and ethics

• Assist in onboarding and basic HR operations as required
