About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, HR processes, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in conducting HR interviews or assessments where required.
Maintain candidate trackers and interview status reports.
HR Operations
Support onboarding formalities: documentation, ID creation, joining kits, induction scheduling, etc.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR files (soft & hard copies).
Support attendance and leave management coordination.
Assist in HR-related communication, emails, circulars, and announcements.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Assist in exit formalities when applicable.
Skills & Requirements
Pursuing/completed MBA/BBA/HR or related specialization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and learn quickly.
