Position Overview:

As an HR Intern at Chat360, you will support the HR department in various tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. This internship will offer hands-on experience in HR processes, allowing you to gain valuable insight into the daily operations of a dynamic HR team.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

● Help in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

● Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.

● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and team-building exercises.

● Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and communications.

● Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Strong interest in HR functions and people management.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
