Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional who can manage multiple functions across departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling responsibilities in Accounts, Human Resources, Marketing, Backend Operations, and Business Development. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Assist in recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and attendance, Payroll and admin work
Support employee engagement and compliance with HR policies.
Marketing:
• Coordinate social media and digital marketing efforts.
• Assist in content creation, email campaigns, and promotions.
• Collaborate with vendors and agencies for marketing initiatives.
Business Development:
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients/partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business communication.
Follow up on leads and support client relationship management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar multitasking or coordination role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
