We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Freelance Recruitment Specialist to manage and execute specific hiring projects for our company. This role is strictly focused on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate offer, ensuring we attract and secure top talent efficiently. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in talent acquisition and exceptional project management skills.
The primary focus of this role is talent acquisition and recruitment project management:
Intake & Strategy: Conduct initial intake meetings with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team culture, and preferred candidate profiles.
Job Description (JD) Development: Draft, refine, and finalize compelling and accurate job descriptions that clearly outline essential duties and qualifications.
Sourcing & Posting: Strategically post open positions on relevant job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, niche sites) and actively source passive candidates using various tools and techniques.
Candidate Screening: Efficiently review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and present a curated shortlist of qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, providing feedback forms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the final offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and preparing offer letters in collaboration with the HR team.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and pipeline health.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of dedicated recruitment experience (corporate or agency), with a successful history of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Specialized Knowledge: Proven expertise in sourcing strategies (e.g., Boolean search, passive candidate outreach) and familiarity with legal and compliant interviewing practices.
Tool Proficiency: High proficiency with at least one major Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and professional networking platforms (like LinkedIn Recruiter).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of professionally representing our brand to candidates and effectively consulting with hiring managers.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver hires within agreed-upon deadlines.

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099).
