Position: Associate HR – Operations
Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru
Experience Required: Minimum 4–6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and policy familiarization.

• Handle offboarding and exit formalities, ensuring smooth clearance and compliance.

• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and trackers with accuracy.

• Prepare HR reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (e.g., SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance during HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–6 months of hands-on experience in HR operations (onboarding, exit formalities, employee lifecycle management).

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
