About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources by gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.

• Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll support.

• Help plan employee engagement activities and events.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Positive attitude, good organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
