Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Ensure a healthy and positive work environment.

Address employee grievances and escalate when required.

HR Operations:

Maintain employee records and HR databases (both physical and digital).

Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
