Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and departments.
Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with hiring managers and department heads.
Create and update job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and issuance of offer letters.
Manage the Payroll process & onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage employee grievance procedures by establishing transparent and responsive communication channels.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter & in a similar talent acquisition role (1–3 years preferred).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
