We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and HR compliance.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation

• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

• Support employee engagement and training activities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

• Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–5 years of experience in an HR role (executive or assistant level)

• Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (if applicable)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
