Ø New employee on-boarding and Joining Formalities
Ø Statutory Compliances knowledge Employee Database Management, Appointment letter & offer letters, Leaves ,Attendance Management, Payroll, Performance, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Handling End to End Recruitment and Exit Formalities.
Ø Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
Ø End-to-end recruitment.
