Job description:
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone and in-person)
Advertise job openings on social media, job boards etc.,
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Experience with sourcing techniques with at least 1 year.
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Any bachelor’s degree or MBA HR (Preferrable)
