We are looking for a HR Executive, to manage Payroll, recruitment and Management for the organization.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Candidates, with the help of Job Portals.
Responsible for carrying out the monthly payroll process
Handling all Vendor related activities particularly getting approvals.
PF & Gratuity trust management.
Leave management (Handling end to end LAMP system)
Management of other entitlements, reimbursements, insurance, claims etc.
Other tasks within HR including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Legal & Compliance, HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge in Payroll activities, Employee Relations, Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
