Understand client hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial rounds of telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with clients for feedback and ensure timely closures of positions.
Maintain and update candidate and client records in the CRM/database.
Handle onboarding formalities when needed.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (e.g., Job hai,Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
