1. Talent Sourcing:

- Utilize job boards, social media, and employee referrals

- Develop strategic recruitment plans

2. Candidate Management:

- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews

- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

3. Hiring Process:

- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies

4. Candidate Experience:

- Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience

- Work to improve offer acceptance rates

5. Reporting and Analytics:
