Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and administer assessments.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

• Facilitate new employee orientation and induction programs.

• Coordinate IT and admin requirements for new hires.

• Manage smooth offboarding: exit interviews, clearance, experience letters.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.

• Handle employee queries and provide HR support.

• Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and MIS reports.

• Assist in payroll preparation with correct data inputs (attendance, leaves, salary changes).

4. Employee Engagement

• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities.

• Support initiatives fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Manage employee feedback and escalate concerns appropriately.

5. Compliance & Policies

• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.).

• Assist in policy development, improvement, and communication.

• Maintain HR documentation in compliance with audit requirements.

6. Performance Management

• Assist managers in performance review cycles.

• Track KRAs/KPIs and maintain performance data.

• Support training and development initiatives based on performance gaps.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in HR or relevant role (freshers with HR internships may also apply, depending on organization needs).

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

• Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
