Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our recruitment agency. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various client roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

i) Handle the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placement. o Understand client requirements and job specifications.

ii) Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.

iii) Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for client roles.

iv) Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between candidates and clients.

2. Candidate Relationship Management:

i) Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

ii) Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

III) Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.

3. Client Relationship Management:

i) Act as a point of contact between the client and candidates during the recruitment process.

II) Ensure timely communication and updates to both clients and candidates.

III) Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and offer recruitment solutions.

4. Administrative Duties:

i) Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking of recruitment progress.

II) Prepare and manage recruitment reports for clients and internal teams.

III) Assist with onboarding new hires and coordination with the HR team.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

I) Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with labour laws and regulations.

ii) Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation, contracts, and reports.

Requirements: •

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a passion for connecting candidates with great opportunities.
