Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day- to -day HR Operations including recruitment, Onboarding, documentation etc.

• Maintain and update employee records as per requirement.

• Support training and development initiatives for hospital staff.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital regulations.

Required Qualification:

• MBA in Human Resource or MsW (Master of social work)

• Experience Required - 1 - 2 year of experience in a similar role.

• Strong Understanding of HR functions.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Local candidates from udaipur or nearby areas are preferred.
