About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR professional to support and drive key HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & On boarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
Coordinate on boarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Assist in planning engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
Performance & Development
Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development sessions.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Policy & Process
Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives for HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.
Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
Experience in payroll and HR analytics.
Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Workday, Zoho People).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
