We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive with around 2 years of experience to join our growing HR team. The role involves a strong emphasis on talent acquisition while also contributing to day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities:Core Responsibility – Talent Acquisition
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer roll-outs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job descriptions.
Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal networks to attract top talent.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely updates on hiring progress.
Organize walk-ins, campus hiring, or recruitment drives as needed.
Additional Responsibility – HR Operations
Support onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS.
Help coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, exit letters, etc.) and maintain documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
