Full job descriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is suitable for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of HR experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-upsManage onboarding and induction for new employeesMaintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databasesSupport payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/finance teamsHelp implement HR policies and proceduresAddress employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and proceduresAssist in organizing training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activitiesPrepare HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative rolesGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of HR practices and system worksProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environmentWho Can Apply:Freshers with a strong interest in HRCandidates with internship or up to 2 years of experience in HR or admin rolesSelf-motivated individuals with strong organizational skills.
