Act as the communication bridge between the Director and staff across all departments.
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, reviews, and tasks on behalf of the Director.
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive company and employee information.
Track task progress, generate status reports, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate inter-departmental activities and resolve basic operational issues.
Draft and respond to emails, circulars, and internal communications.
Maintain daily/weekly reports and dashboards as per management requirements.
Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office supplies.
