Roles and responsibilities
Check & calculate attendance of employee at the time of salary.
Visit plant and check housekeeping daily.
Make and update policies.
Maintain different registers for compliance purpose.
On boarding process of new joiner.
Payroll Administration of all employees.
Generate PF & ESIC Challan and take follow-up about payment.
Do compensation and benefit actions.
Conduct disciplinary action in company.
Do recruitment process when required.
Make training programs and update it on regular basis when required.
Do performance measurement and appraisal of employee.
Maintain employee relation.
Ensure health and safety of the employee.
Resolving disputes/conflict that arises in the company.
Conduct exit interview and retention of employee.
