We are currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Director to drive our growth strategy across three business functions: Consulting, Digital, and Themis. This role will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development efforts, while also contributing to the evolution of our HR systems and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to scale the team from 80 to 500+ in the next 3–4 years

Develop strategic HR plans in line with business goals

Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee relations, and handle conflict resolution

Oversee HR policy creation and updates

Manage benefits administration and compensation planning

Support learning & development initiatives

Drive internal staffing for global business operations

Implement change management and people development strategies

Lead retention efforts by analyzing attrition trends and fostering proactive engagement

Requirements.

Master’s degree in human resources

Minimum 4+ years of HR generalist experience handling 100+ employees

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Knowledge of labour laws and HR policies

Proficient in MS Office and HR software

High ethical standards and strategic thinking ability
