Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational standards.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide recommendations for professional development and improvement.
Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
Format into sections and lists to improve readability
