Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview coordination.

Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Support payroll processing with accurate monthly data.

Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance follow-up.

Coordinate training, induction, and performance-related processes.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed properly.

Provide administrative support to the HR department whenever required.

Qualifications:

Any graduate.

Good communication skills (English & Tamil).

Basic understanding of HR operations and MS Office.

Good coordination and people-handling skills.
