Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and generalist activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Recruitment, PF, ESI, challan processing, and other statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

• Oversee HR operations such as payroll processing, attendance management, and employee records.

• Handle PF, ESI, challan filings, and statutory compliance.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Requirements:

• MBA.

• 5+ years of HR experience in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and labor laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
