We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive (Male) to handle end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves close coordination with various departments, conducting on-site HR activities, and ensuring smooth HR functioning across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. • Handle employee engagement initiatives, attendance, and grievance redressal. • Support day-to-day HR operations such as documentation, HR letters, and record management. • Maintain compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations. Skills & Competencies: • Good understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and documentation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and handle field/site HR activities. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and approachable personality.
