Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and pre-employment checks.
Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in line with company policies and labor laws.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and regulations (e.g., Indian labor laws like Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc. if in India).
Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant legal requirements and company policies.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.
Performance Management:
Support the administration of performance review cycles, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Assist with the administration of payroll, compensation, and benefits programs (e.g., provident fund, ESI, health insurance, gratuity).
Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits enrollments.
HRIS & Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Culture & Engagement:
Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive company culture.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws [specify region, e.g., in India/Dubai].
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
