• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Design compensation and benefitsservices and strategies, make recommendations, and prepare proposals for new and improved programs based on Company need and/or governmental changes
• Identify, evaluate, design and document streamlined and effective Compensation, Benefits and HR processes utilizing available systems and resources
• Develops an integrated plan that includes project deliverables, strategic alignment, total cost management, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, change management and overall project investment
• Review and approve or modify budgets•
Monitor key HR metrics •
Helping managers and staff regarding policies and procedures •
Create detailed reports on HR costs •
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
Address employees’ queries regarding HR procedure, policy, benefits programs.
