About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced HR Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, and able to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination

• Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents & maintain employee records

• Manage HRMS, attendance, leave tracking & payroll inputs

• Support employee engagement activities and handle basic grievances

• Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of HR Executive/HR Generalist experience

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals, HRMS, and MS Office

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
