Key Responsibilities:

Screen CVs, conduct telephonic rounds, and coordinate interviews.

Prepare daily recruitment reports and maintain HR documentation.

Assist with onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.

Support attendance tracking and basic HR operations.

Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams.
