Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.), screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Sourcing and Screening: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Recommend and implement new recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and databases. Assist with other HR functions and special projects as needed.
