Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Help organize HR-related events, such as training, meetings, and celebrations.
Assist with payroll preparation and other administrative HR duties.
Participate in HR projects and suggest process improvements.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
