HR Executive will support the Human Resources function by managing end-to-end HR operations with a focus on HRIS (EmployWise). The role includes employee lifecycle management, HRIS data accuracy, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, attendance management, and HR reporting. The position requires a detail-oriented and process-driven individual with prior experience in handling HRIS systems, especially EmployWise.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS (EmployWise) Management:
Maintain and update employee data on EmployWise with accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage modules like onboarding, attendance, leave, exit, and performance on EmployWise.
Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and coordinate with the vendor for system support.
Generate HR reports and dashboards as required by management.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding formalities: document collection, induction, system creation.
Handle transfers, confirmations, and exits using the HRIS platform.
Maintain up-to-date digital and physical employee records.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor and update employee attendance, leave balances, and shift schedules through EmployWise.
Reconcile attendance and prepare monthly reports for payroll processing.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Address employee queries regarding policies, leave, attendance, and HRIS navigation.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure documentation for all employee transactions (offers, transfers, warnings, exits, etc.).
Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) where applicable.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare HR metrics reports (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.).
Assist in HR audits and ensure data consistency on HRIS.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in EmployWise HRIS or similar HRMS
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High integrity and confidentiality in handling employee data
Attention to detail and process orientation
Note-MBA HR/MSW is must compulsory.
