1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.

2. Payroll & Compliance

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF etc.

• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.

3. Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

• Maintain HR records, employee files, and MIS reports.

• Support performance appraisal processes and grievance handling.

4. Administration Management

• Oversee office administration, attendance, and asset management.

• Ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day administrative activities.

5. Legal & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, Industrial Relations Acts, Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, and other statutory obligations.

• Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
