Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll inputs and attendance management
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of relevant HR experience
Familiarity with HRMS and recruitment tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus
